Frustrated: Cell C not cleared at ITC

I have made numerous attempts to contact Crll C's legal department, who are apparently 'working remotely' or something or a similar nature.

I would like to follow up on the clearance of my CellC account at ITC as it has been months since I paid up the account through Select Online Solutions which was doing collections on your behalf.

I have been in contact via email and received the following reference number: ***, with the promise that someone would be in touch with me within 2 business days, but I have not heard from anyone yet. I have thereafter tried to call and follow-up but apparently this reference shows as pending. I see many other people are complaining about a similar issue.

This amount is reflecting badly on my record and affecting many aspects of my financial life which I am trying to correct. We are really living in hard times as we are all hardly affected by the effects of Covid19, assistance from your side to clear some burdens by clearing records could really make our lives just a bit more easier.

And please, the response "Thank you for getting in touch regarding your query. We have assigned your query to our Support Team for assistance" will be too vague for me. I need serious urgent attention and a way forward as soon as possible.
