Frustrated Cell C client

I got a Cell C sim only deal in June 2023. My debit order was safed for the 25th of every month. When my debit order was suppose to go off end of July 2023, Cell C never deducted. So i made an Eft payment. I phoned the customer care line, and was told, should i prefer to eft, i must make a payment 5 days in advance, prier to my debit order. I than changed my debit order, to the last day of the month. To avoid late payments. Everything went great, untill Dec 2023. Cell C decided to try debit my account on the 27th Dec, without informing me, thus i got a R70 penalty fee. I did fight the penalty fee, 2 month later my cell c account was credited. Since Dec 2023, every month they try to Penalize me R70, evan though the payment is made 5 days in advance, like i was advised. I have emailed Cell C every month, phoned them, spoken to rude call centre agents. In July 2024, i went to the cell C store, in my town. I was told that, i have to make a payment 10 days before hand, to stop the penalty fee ( which no one told me about, evan though i have been fighting every month ) I than changed my debit order date again, to the 6th of every month. But after doing that, Cell C once again took it apon them self to try and deduct on the 1 aug, resulting in me getting Yet another penalty fee. I feel Cell C is trying to **** the customers. I am not sure, if they evan know what they are doing. But i am done fighting with them every month. I have proof of all my payments being made between the 24th and 25th of each and every month. I have sent all my proof of payments to them, but still nothing is being done.
