Frustrated by not getting assistance

<p>I used a cell c number for years until 2012, which was a prepaid. In Jan 2016 I tried getting a loan to purchase a car & was told that I am blacklisted by cell c.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I contact cell c I am send to & fro, even by their legal section. They acknowledge that the number has been unactivated since and that it was indeed prepaid. But they fail to clear my name.</p> <p>So frunstrated!!!</p>
