Frustrated by cellc

I bought any network minutes from cell c and they gave me onnet minutes. When I requested assistance from their customer care they just told me they can't convert my minutes to any network minutes. I am frustrated because I need to make urgent calls and I can't do that. Cell C's service is getting worse by the day. I have noticed that my queries are only attended to after I write a review on this platform.
