Frustrated at incompetence to assist
It's been 2 weeks and still no response from cell c. Numerous phone calls to the help line and still the issue has not been resolved. Escalation upon escalation. Reference numbers upon reference numbers. Does Cell C even know what to do. The incompetence to fix their mistake is really appauling. Does anyone know how to actually do the job. Frustrated. Ref : ********** 748 and ********** 701
