Frustrated and inconvenienced! - Need clearance letter immediately - So ***********
**********ly opened an account under my name. Was asked to provide an affidavit and supporting documents. Keep calling and no one is taking on my case, keep being transferred. I need legal department contacts as I am greatly inconvenienced. Turn around times have not been honored. Team leaders promise to call back but not even one has called. This is really frustrating

I logged an issue, I was told to supply an affidavit and identity document. I did so and was told the turnaround time is 24-48 hours! it's one Flippen week later and I being told to supply these documents. I have sent to the ***** query email address already and to your social media email which requested this yesterday again. What the Flippen hell will it take to get progress here??? Cell C is *****ing me and causing me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration!!!! Flip man!
