Frustrated and disappointed

I've been waiting for a paid up letter since January, all they do is deduct on my account. It's becoming tiring. All the do is respond "you will receive communication" its been 2 weeks now since they told me that. Still nothing, they are waiting to deduct on my account qha.. CELL C SUCKS
