Frustrated about unknown account debited by cell c

Please help me i have being debited for an account i dont know about by cell c over 6months.I have sent affidavit to cell c referring to this debit order over a month now and no correspondence from them,their call center very ***********,their staff tells me their system does not allow them to do a follow up on my complain.
