Frudulant account opened on my name

I am not impressed with the service I recieved from Cell C regarding the frudulant account that was opened on my name. I started making a follow up regarding this matter since June already at Cell C store in Tygervalley I was not assisted well then I followed that with a phone call, I called customer service at cell C and they gave the number that is starting with 061 at fruad department. Fruad department requested me to send documentation with the affidavit and my ID copy with I did and then they promised me that they will remove my name from credit bureau within 14 days and they will send me a letter of confirmation that my name was removed. The first consultant I spoke to was Xolani. In August I did a follow up again and I spoke to another lady which she promised she will refer my query to the her manager so that he can escalate it. I followed this up again on the 16th September which I spoke to several consultants who were putting me from Pillar to post and the consultant that refused to assist me was Noluthando which she transfered me to customer service where I spoke to Lindiwe which she said I need to go back to ***** department and I spoke to Nondumiso which she said I need to go through to contracting so that they can so the process she transfered me back to costomer service where I spoke to Lindiwe again and she also said as she previously said I need to go to fruad department. I said to her she needs to assist me and she promised me that someone will contact me within 24 hrs and she took my email address. What made things worse is the fact that there is no clear direction at Cell C and no one want to take responsibility. I am sitting with a frudulant account on my name which cell C is not willing to remove it but they allowed it when they open the account to the ********* on my name. My life is stuck I cannot open any credit because of this account. The in competency that I have recieved from Cell C is really shocking from their consultants🤔Please correct this case as a matter of emergency otherwise I am taking this further and provide me with the reference number for my complaint. Please also I want to speak directly to the person that is dealing this matter at Cell C
