Fruadulent account

<p>Now i had enough, someone has open a contract under my name at cell c in february 2017 so I have noticed with the debit order so I went to my bank they told me is a debit order from cell c then I went to cell c store to ask about that and they told me I have contract that was open In protea so I told that person I never open any contract with cell c so he advice me I must do an avidefity plus id, n my bank statemet so I did that n he I must come back after a week I did, but nothing was done so I wrote this matter on hello peter n they contacted me they asked me to send same documents to them I did they gave me references, a week later I called again n they said I must log other service request then after 3 day ***** analyst from cell c sent me a confirmation letter of ***** contract but they still debiting my account so I want to know why they still debiting my account after after they did they investigations? And I want this be resolved </p>
