From R500 to R1,800 per month

Hi recently upgraded my Cell C contract. I had a recurring data 1Gig data bundle running for more than a year (cost 15c per Mb), which Cell C de-activated at upgrade date without my knowledge. So where I normally ran out of data around about the 20th to 25th of each month, I ran out of data on the 3rd of the month, resulting me in using data at 99c a Mb for almost the entire month and receiving a bill of R1,850, where it is normally in the region of R500 per month (this was my monthly average for the last 2 year of my Cell C contract). After nicely explaining this to the call center agent, she and her supervisor still refused to assist me. <br> <br> It was my birthday recently and received some money which I was going to use to treat myself and my family. Now I can no longer do so. Thank you Cell C
