from pillar to post!

I've been phoning since last week Thursday when my phone was approved for the A5,first I get advised that they had stock take that's why the can't release phone,then it was no stock of A5,then it was my phones order wasn't released and now they don't have stock of the nano sim! Siyanda was the only one in the follow ups department trying to help me sort this out! I give him credit for that very helpful but unfortunately I'm still sitting with out a new phone! What was the use of an early upgrade? My phone is broken I need my new phone asap! It's abosolutly disgusting service to be sent from pillar to post! I want my phone by tomorrow I've phone enough times trying to get this sorted out...all the calls are recorded so it you can see for yourself...Really am not a happy customer of yours at the moment! Sort the issues and get my phone and sim to me by tomorrow!!
