FROM DISAPPOINTED TO DISGUSTED

I've app**** for my iPhone 7 on the 9th of January. After an ordeal in the branch and returning 7 times to the newly opened Cell C Branch, I've app**** online for my iphone ROSE GOLD on the 30th of January, 2017 with Dennis Sibanyoni. The application was successful but since receiving my 'successful' email I've sent Dennis 6 mails (see screenshots attached) without ANY correspondance.

Today, 14 February, 2017 he phoned to tell me I must have an ID & proof of address with me today as the courier will deliver the phone today. Shocked and excited I've waited only to receive the BLACK iPHONE when I've explicetedly ordered the ROSE GOLD.

I've tried the complaints department NUMEROUS times but the operator tells me to get back to them in 3 - 5 working days

This is the background of the above mentioned complaint : really really really really not happy :-(
On the 9th of January I've went to our local (newly opened) Cell C branch in Tzaneen. I heard about the awesome "Cash Back" special and value Pinnacle offers and wanted to apply for a new cell phone since during the holidays my MTN contracted S6 Edge phone got damaged. My contract was due for upgrade end of Feb and expires end of April.
I searched online what I would need to apply for a phone at Cell C and went to the (newly opened) branch. I gave all my documentation (3 months bank statements, proof of income for 3 months (payslips), proof of address etc to apply for my iPhone 7 on the Pinnacle 250. Mr. Calvin from the branch 'ordered' the phone, vetted me etc. He made me come back during the course of January SIX TIMES. Then there was no stock. Then the phone arrived but it was broken. Then they had no card. Excuses everytime. On my SEVENTH visit to the CELL C shop, he told my I did not qualify for the phone and it is not available to me.
What he was really telling me was to leave the shop. I have not missed a debit order in all my life. I earn a good income and my average cell spend with MTN is in excess of R900pm
I app**** online and was approved without any trouble.
I was FURIOUS and DISSAPPOINTED and ASSHAMED of the treatment I've received in the CELL C shop.
My line of work is marketing and I know the importance client service and satisfaction plays for brand image and identification. The face (person) you are dealing with reflects the Brand. I am full of hope that my upcoming journey with Cell C will reflect that the company is better than the people it employs.
