From bad to worse

<p>I wrote a review on the 15th November2016 complaining about cell c, only to find that instead of the matter to be solved , things has worsened. Today morning I received a call from CellC promising to resolve the matter by the end of the day. And I received other call at around 10 again and I was advised that the finance will call me to deal with matter , no call from finance. After work I went to a cell c store to check if I can ask them to print my promised contract of 5 gig at R199 by Dumps a Jonas from Cell Direct in Cape Town , to my suprise the faulty contract still the same at R239/p m and the amount I owe now has doubled to R7 096. 33. </p>
