From bad to worse

On the 12/06/2019 I received a call from one of your sales people to offer me a promotional deal of 5GB for R89 a month since I have been with Cell C for 6 years.

I have spoken to numerous Cell C staff since then with regards to my previous complaints who assured me my bill will only be R89 per month going forward.

Today on the 09/07/2019 I received an SMS stating my account will be debited with R160.17. Now for the 3rd time I am requesting all call recordings since the 12/06/2019 in order to take this matter further. I did not sign up to pay anything more than R89 a month and if this is how Cell C operates it should rather close its doors as there is no place for ********* business practices. I need this resolved ASAP
