From bad to worse
So after complaining and some more emails my contract have still not been cancelled. They insist on talking with me telephonically even after I informed them I have a hearing problem and since their services are this pathetic, I am not will to talk to them over the phone in any case...

08 Apr 2022, 12:05They say the general IQ of people in SA is 70... Guess I am one of them because I did not know when you request a quote for a cancellation and you pay the amount quoted, you need to inform the people they must cancel your contract.
