from bad to worse

cell c was in contact with me and forgot to inform me, that I would be refunded my money back that they wrongfully deducted. only today I found out that I would get the money back in credit and not cash....as if they deducted credit from me...I want my cash and not credit it's more then R1500....nd a nerve someone called me and say I was in arrears..when I called back it was for R0.21c...please employ qualified people I'm so done with this!!!
