Friendly and efficient

I went into Cell C Forrest Hill Mall on 26 March 2016 and was met with a young, friendly man named William. His service was excellent and assisted me right away. He was doing his utmost best to help me upgrade my wifi contract even when the main cell c (which he called) was offline. I returned within 20 minutes and he already set up everything when I returned. He was friendly, quick and had a super great attitude and sense of humour. His customer service was excellent. His outward appearance and attitude was also top notch. I will in future always return to Forrest Hill mall Cell C. Thank you William for your positive attitude even when having to work over easter weekend.
