free home router

good day Cellc

I upgraded to 80g anytime and tought I would get the free home router as advertised I did not know I have to ask for it.so when I enquired it was said to me that it was not free I have to pay for it.so I went to cell c in the goldfields mall the lady told me I have to get the router free.I would like the router if its free.please advise if the router is free of not
