Free Facebook and WhatsApp

I move from my network to cell c buying into the idea of free Facebook and WhatsApp. As I was on Facebook I receive notifications when I attempted to navigate away from the Facebook and that convinced me that the services were free. To my surprise 1gb data bundles lasted for about a week which is not reasonable considering I use Facebook and WhatsApp the most. I send a complaint to Cell C explaining that I am charged, Few weeks later I received a call (***) from cell c, all the lady called to tell me is that cell c does not charge for the services mentioned above, when I explained that I have proof that I am charged and asking her for an email I could use to send the proof she told me to use the same method I used to send a complain, I explained that the inquiry process is done through a contact me service that does not allow me to send attachments but she was not interested in helping me further. Up to this day I am still being charged for the services.
