Free Cell C to Cell C calls a ****

I topped up with R300 on Cell C.. Was told by sms that I had R700-00 free Cell C to Cell C calls. This is not happening on calls to my son who is on Cell C. He ported to Cell C, 2 years ago. This was reported on 7th Feb, 2015. Given ref# ***). Nothing has been done to correct this. Amounts still coming off my top up balance. Have phoned a few times and was told they will investigate with their technical section. NOBODY has come back to me. I also reported on 29th Jan,2015 that whenever there is load shedding or a power failure, there is no cell phone communication at all (***). Does this mean that Cell C has no generators!! Nobody has come back to me with an answer
