***********ly upgraded * I have been on a month to month contract with Cellc as I was on a sim only data contract I have been getting the worst service when I ask to cancel my contract I was told I can't cancel since my contract is on a 24months when I ask who upgraded my numbers without my knowledge they fail to give me answers and they also don't want to cancel my contract I have been struggling to cancel from June until this day nothing has been done...can I get assistance on this before I escalate to the ombudsman I can't be kept on a contract I didn't agree to renew.
