********** UPGRADE OPERATORS AT CELL C

Cell C customers need to be careful with Telephone calls from Cell C upgrades department. I am sitting with a frustrating problem where i have not agreed to a bill of 179 r per month on the call and i am being given a bill of 506r per month. I have raised complaints 3 times with reference numbers ********** 757, ********** ********** 94, ********** 667. On my first query, where i complained, i am told it was closed because they called me on a **** cell number and i did not pick up. The last two times, they have promised to investigate and it exactly 12 days today that i am yet to hear of the conclusion. They have however sent me a bill of r506. By the way i only need to be upgraded in August 2018. Now i have been asked to start paying for 4 contracts where as i have only 2 contracts.
