********** upgrade from Cell C call center.

This is by far the worst ordeal I have ever experienced. This is an update on my previous complaints. Not much has happend to resolve this problem. After many emails and phone conversations. All Documents have been given to Cell C plus Affidavit from South African Police. I have not received any communication from them about refund on my bank account that they took off. My debit order was stopped but they still managed to take money off my bank account. They picked up the un used device.. that has not been used and the Sim card that was still sealed. This device was send to be inspected and they okayed it. Then communication stopped. Now still getting statements from Cell C..
