********** upgrade by cell c

<p>I have been *****ed by cell c. After being a customer for four years cell c did an unauthorised upgrade on my contract for an iPhone six and i only became aware of it when I called to cancel my existing contracts that I had with them. I did inform the customer service agent that i didnt take any upgrade and she said she would escalate the matter and get back to me. Thereafter my bank account was being debited every month yet no one from Cell c had even called me. I called them every week but never got any feedback or interest on their part. I got a lawyer to send them a letter even went to the police. However they continued to debit my account for over 6 months. I was then forced to close my bank account and cell c owes me money which they refuse to pay!!! Consumers please be aware of cell c. Its shocking as to how they can use your details and charge you for a phone u never was offered or even received. </p>
