********** sim swap which Cell C cannot resolve

A ********** simswap happened on my husband's account. Despite providing all the affidavits and proof required an amount of R3000 has now been deducted for the second time from our account. Despite escalations Cell C has now been investigating this case without feedback or resolve. Taking money from a client knowing it is not due to you is ***** and an indication not only of the pathetic customer service by Cell C but also the lack of ethics of this immoral corporate. They make an absolute mockery of their company vision. But then if senior staff hide away and cannot be reached one can possibly not expect any better.
