********** sim swap and terrible service!

These two employees made me run around for 3 days to do a sim swap which I was informed could have been done on day 1 and further more charged me for the sim swap which was not due to my causes but due to a ********** sim swap request whichas was processed through a call centre on a contract number!. After calling into the cell c call centre to complete the sim swap, I was further informed that I should not have been charged and should thus be refunded the charge. I then went back into the store to request my refund and was given attitude for over an hour and still no refund was given. I am highly upset with this bad service and wouldn't recommend cell c to anyone nor will I continue this contract after this event! I am highly upset by this *********** behaviour!
