********** OPENING OF ACCOUNT

On the 09/09/2015 a two year contract phone account was opened in my name without my consent. Prior to that my son had asked for my documents to attach to his application for admission at NMMU for 2016 and days after asked me to write a letter allowing him to purchase a phone as his guardian and I did. He brought a document to me to sign on the 09th and I noticed that it was a contract between myself and cell c for a preowned Iphone 5 for R315 a month for 24 months. I immediately went to the store to find out and they begged me to sign the contract and I refused, I found out that they had already given him the phone and I told them to take it back and fix what they had done and hand back all my documents to me and they promised me that it would be through after 48 working hours which would be on 15/09/2015, my son then came to me asking me to go and sign the cancellation but to my surprise when I got to the store they asked me to write a transfer letter, transferring the account to my son's name and that is when I decided to go to the police to make an affidavit and I wrote a cancellation letter and sent them together with the unsigned contract to Cell Head Office
