********** offer from Cell c
I got a call from cell c with an offer of a phone with 100 gigs of data for R299, took the offer only to be told after I enquired when the debit order bounced because of insufficient funds in my account that the data alone is 600 only the phone is 299. I was told I had two contracts with cell c, I knew 1, the agent never tolf me that it was 2 contracts with different amounts to pay otherwise I wouldn't have taken the contract I only took it because I thouht it was a great offer at that price. I have been trying to get the matter sorted out since April with no luck.

Why were 2 contracts opened with my name without my knowledge and now I'm told I'll be subjected to a cancelation fee when I had no idea that I'll be responsible for 2 contracts.
