In October a cell c consultant offered me a contract phone which I accepted. On receiving the device I realized it was not a dual Sim that I wanted, I phoned cell c and they sent courier to collect it. After few days they emailed me that I can request a new device. I phoned customer care, was taken from pillar to post for almost 3 days until a consultant told me that the contract is canceled and is it fine which I agreed because I have already experienced horrible service. To my surprise November I receive a statement that I'm owing, which I called customer care as usual I was taken to pillar to post. The customer care are useless, rude and not have a little skill of customer service. 12 January 2023 called by Shabbir shaikh Attorneys that cell c handed me over for collection. My name is listed and affected my credit rating for something I don't know. Cell c is the most poorest network provider in South Africa, it deserves to shut down. No matter how interesting the package may seem don't get involved because you will be in a mess and no one in cell c will assist you. Send emails and no response after they read it.
