********** network doing unauthorised upgrades!

Cell C just upgraded my contract without my consent! I checked and off course the installment have also increased! Now i need to run around getting affidavits to "prove" that i never requested this upgrade. How about you show me proof that i requested the upgrade. Why must i now run around due to your mistakes???? I will be cancelling this contract as soon as this matter is sorted.
