********** deductions from my bank account

On the 27th January 2014 I raised a query with Cell C's billing team regarding the ******* deduction of thousands of Rands from my bank account since June 2014. I was given the following reference no. *** and was advised to get affidavits from SAP which I would have to submit for examination. I was also assured that no more deductions would come off save for My existing top up month to month contract and data bundle (Approx R150pm). The bad news is that the deductions have not stopped and why is the ball now in my court. I can see this escalating into the public domain.<br> Frankly I have had no problems with Cell C until now and it seems to me that they don't really give a **** about their customers. Can someone from Cell C tell me why I should not block all further debits to my account and move over to another provider and reserve my rights to claim over deductions?
