********** deductions by Cell C

Cell C has been **********ly taking money from my account, although I have no contract with them. They started last year (2014) by deducting an amount of ~R100 claiming I have a contract. Following their own internal investigations, which showed that I did not have an contact with them, they failed to refund me. In March 2015 they further deducted R195, an when I contacted them they promised to refund me my money. Unfortunately they did not refund me, instead this month they deducted R1643 from my account. I am tired of being de*****ed by Cell C. I am tired of going to the police and writing affidavits, tired of going to the bank and asking for proof and sending these to Cell C, and I am of spending my money driving around and calling them.
