An amount of R8027.07 was deducted from my account, I am appalled as I do not remember having any contract in that regard with you.

This deduction of such a huge account on my account has delayed my payment on my person bills, FNB charges me R115 for unpaid debit orders, Nedbank charges me R749 for unpaid payments on my account, I would like a refund on my account before the end of the day tomorrow.

This is a huge inconvenience on your end and I am disappointed with such a poor service.
