********** DEBITS OVER AND OVER AGAIN, FOR A CONTRACT THAT WAS CANCELLED IN JUNE 2017!!!!!!

I am being **********ly debited over and over again for a contract that has been cancelled since June 2017.

In June 2017 I inquired about premature cancellation due to ********** service and the ****ty package that i was over paying for.

I paid R999.90 to settle to contract that was due to be upgraded in September, hoping never to deal with Cell C ever again. I called into their call-center to confirm that my contract was settled and they immediately terminated my line, despite me having paid for usage until end June.

I was so over Cell C and their ****, I just left it, and moved onto a more pleasant to deal with and cheaper service provider.

On 1st August I was debited R999.84, the amount I paid in full to settle my account. My partner and I are self employed and transfer funds for our specific transactions. As a result debit rejected on my account, which has incurred bank fees on my side, as well as my other debits rejecting as i had only transferred just enough for my one debit order. Seeing as I owe nothing to Cell C and i was **********ly billed then, I've called in numerous times since the 1st, for them to return my bank fees.

They have asked me for a bank statement, which i sent in via email. They then requested that my bank statement must not hide any other transactions, (as i blacked out transactions, which are really not relevant to them) so i need to resend a stamped statement again.

TODAY, at 15h38, i have been debited two installments of (R499.92) equal to R999.84. I have since reported this to my bank as *****ulence, this is not the first time that I've had a problem with the very same contract, and probably not the last, Mark my work Cell C, I will stick to my word and make sure that this is put onto every media site i can find.

I will confirm that Derrick has successfully assisted me once my funds have been returned. As far as call center service goes, I would like to make special mention of Neville Moodley, who was by far the most calm, clear and concise person to deal with telephonically, despite having had to retell my issue over and over again, it was a delight to deal with someone who actually understood what I was saying despite my frustration and obvious anger, he got back to me within the time frame he said he would, and explained the processes that he would attempt to follow in order to resolve my issue. The same cannot be said for Derrick who repeatedly called me odd names including Mrs Nai, or Naid which can be heard on all of our telephonic conversations. It seemed that wasn't he sure what department he was calling from, it was either Social Media or Retentions that he muttered when he called. He also huffed and puffed whenever I had something to say to him, and guessed what I was saying when I told him I was also dealing with Neville because Derrick had so rudely cut my call earlier in the day. To which Derrick rep**** that he did not know "Lebo". Hoping I have better story to report on Derrick when my funds are returned.
