This is the 3rd hellopeter for the same issue. How much more pathetic can you get!

I paid via EFT (for years) and I was debited without my permission!

I complaint (HP1), and it took a week for the investigation to be done (HP2)

Another week wasted to give me lame excuses about them not "finding" my payment, even though I made 4 payments the same day to them.

I'm still waiting for the R688.88 I was told by social media consultant that it would reflect by Tuesday that just past.

After several email follow ups (Thabisile Ngcobo). Is on leave and no refund done.

As per feedback from Thabisile, she has just confirmed that the refund was released successfully and she also sent you a confirmation email advising you about this on the 11th if this month. Kindly followup with your bank.
