********** debit orders for no service

Pathetic service

Being struggling since November with a failed fibre contract. Never received anything from cell c, they confirmed this yet still debit my account.

Emails back and forward and then told everyone is sorted but comes money end and back to square one.

Mails from 25 May and 28 May not answered.

Unfortunately may look as resolved on your side but now I was informed that cellc has reported me to the credit bureau for non payment and owning them money. Yet no service was delivered.
