********** debit orders by Cell C

I consulted with a Cell C consultant LAST YEAR AUGUST 2014 about purchasing a phone on contract. After signing the contract the lady then CHANGED the deal and increased the debit order amount, I informed the lady that I was no longer interested in the deal and she assured me that it was cancelled and i never received the phone. Since last year Cell C has been debiting my account MONTHLY, ive called numerous times, emailed customer service, went to the Cell C branch that i had originally dealt with, with no luck. they continue to ignore my requests for them to stop debiting my account since i cancelled the deal. I'm very upset and infuriated by their actions as it is costing me time and money to call, reverse debit orders and go to their branches.<br> <br> infuriated ex-client
