********** Debit Orders

I'm appalled at Cell C's business practices. They're actually *****ing from me now. A few months ago I noticed a debit order from Cell C on my bank transactions. I have never had any Cell c contracts and I've been in the UK since 2018 and have not been able to return to SA due to the pandemic.

Turns out someone opened a ********** account in my name.

I contacted Cell C 's ***** department and sent all the documents requested. I've sent follow up emails to the ***** department several times and have not had a single reply.

I have to keep paying for every transaction that is reversed or does not go through.

How can you open an account for someone that's clearly not me. I've not been in SA when the account was opened. I want all the bank charges refunded ! And the debits going off my account needs to stop or I'll have to get legal advice.
