********** DEBIT ORDERS

Cell C has been debiting from my account since last year yet I don’t even have a contract with them. I don’t even use cell C as a network provider. My network provider is Vodacom. They have been debiting amounts of R255 and R220 each and every month without a fail, sometimes twice a month. I have requested my bank to reverse the debits but Cell C keeps changing reference numbers each time they make a new debit. This is sickening, and disgusting, because everytime I ask for a reversal to be made the bank charges me.

The latest reference that they have used is: CellC sp: ********** 8744 and CellC sp: ********** 8745.

CellC needs to stop this nonsense before I involve my lawyers.
