********** debit order from my savings account. since Febr 2017 till May 2017 withdraw
<p>I phoned Cell C and reported debits that went off from my bank account to Cell C and I don't know of any contract with Cell C. They cannot provide proof of any contract signed but still keep on deducting amounts.</p>
