********** debit order after singing contract

After taking a contract 2 years ago for a family member, Cell C has added additional charges for something called Get It (mid way through the contract) from a company called Get More - I am the contract holder and neither Cell C nor Get More spoke with me, did proper identification to make it a legal and ethical sale. This is against FAIS and despite calling Get More, Yasmin (lying that she is the call centre manager) was meant to call me back, instead she went home and couldn't be bothered. Thus, Get More did not adhere to FAIS and instructed Cell C to add Get It to my contract who also failed to call me to advise of the additional changes to an existing contract - both Cell C and Get More have committed ***** and this will be taken up with the Ombudsman!
