********** data Sim contract

I app**** for cell phone contract with Cell C in February 2022.the contract us for 2x phone deal worth R299.per month.however the consultant has **********ly made out a data Sim contract to my name.i called in before my parcel was delivered because I got worried when I received an sms indicating 2x different SP numbers.i went through t another consultant who confirmed that a data Sim contract was made in my name.i asked her to cancel the contract which I was assured that it has been canceled.but I am now billed for that Data Sim card..I have sent an email to their ***** department but there's no response. There is a lot of ***** happening and nothing is been done about it and client are made to pay for product they did not ask for them.i am very much unhappy with Cell C.i have indicated in my query that I did not ask for Data Sim cad and I do not need it.
