********** contract with cell c

im having a problem here i took a contract with cell c in 2014 and ended and closed in 2016 now when i check my ITC report it says i have two contracts with cell c that im owning R28.00 and the other one im owning R68.00 since April 2018 i have been trying to get hold of cell c legal department with no success and when i the call center the call center agent are telling me that i cannot get any help from them the solution is to get legal department now im stuck with a bad record please help me .ref number is the account number that i paidup and closed in 2016 the other two that they say im owning i dont even know the account numbers for both but it been handed over for collection

yes i have receive the letter but it is for other two accounts which also were **********ly opened in 2016 i closed them and again in 2016 according to the recent ITC report it shows that another two accounts were **********ly opened and are active currently the account numbers are as follow :acc no ********** 11 owing R68.00 acc no ********** 56 owing R28.00. the only confirmation letter i recieved on the 24 July 2018 was for acc no ********** 41 and acc no ********** 00 .
