********** contract with cell C

im having a problem here i took a contract with cell c in 2014 and ended and closed in 2016 now when i check my ITC report it says i have two contracts with cell c that im owning R28.00 and the other one im owning R68.00 since April 2018 i have been trying to get hold of cell c legal department with no success and when i the call center the call center agent are telling me that i cannot get any help from them the solution is to get legal department now im stuck with a bad record please help me .ref number is the account number that i paidup and closed in 2016 the other two that they say im owning i dont even know the account numbers for both but it been handed over for collection .
