********** contract taken without authorization

Im angry at Cellc processes they don't protect the public. Someone **********ly opened an account on my name without cellc verifying with me. I'm a senior manager of one of their competitors and I don't understand how they would allow this plus blacklist my name. Did cellc try contact me to check my information with me n they decided to blacklist me. I've been fighting a loosing fight 4 Cellc to remove the blacklisting. Each time they saying it done n provides a confirmation letter fir the past 3 years n it never occurs. This has made my life difficult. I want proof of where I signed or call recording to understand how they verified my information. I want my name removed immediately.
