********** contract taken out under my name and bad CELL c customer service

I have been a Cell C customer for more than 6 years but the service that I got from recently sucks big time. End of Jan 2021 my Cell C contract came to an end on that day I received an sms that I've upgraded to a Pin 2 (or something). I was signed up for a contract I never signed up for!!! they said that i had to submit ********** case, which I did and submitted the affidavit and my ID on 4 Febr 2021. No one has since contacted me, i had to keep phoning Cell C with no success!!!!! Typically today I phoned and went through to the customer service I spoke to Moosa(she could at least assist me by talking to her shift leader), she put me through to Bryson who work in Upgrade dept. He then explained that he will put me through to Follow up dept because they must listen to the calls that I did not take out this contract, In follow up I spoke to Luyanda (where I had to explain the whole story all over again), she then said she will put me through to the ***** section and I landed up with Josie who wasn't in the *****s section but in Customer service. And then she told me but she can't put me through and gave me this number *** - tried to phone it and there isn't even an option for a ***** section. I'm super irritated now, because i just want this contract cancelled and as a matter of fact all contracts with Cell C because their customer service sucks!!!
