********** contract opened on my name

On the 12 july 2015 I found out that there is ********** contract opened on my name at the shallcross store at the ridge in chatsworth , I have pickedthis up when I attemopted to open an account but was declined to to a Cell c account in arears on my name <br> I then was informed by chatsworth center store and the call centre that the account was open in Shallcross on my name on in Feb 2010<br> But I have did not open an account as I was not working from 2008 till 2013 so how would one qualify for an account <br> And the account was opened using a FNB banking acounting details- at that time I obtained only fix deposits <br> Furture more when I tried loging and call with customer services they give me the run around like its my fault , they are asking me for my banking details why should I provide this if I didnt open the account<br> And to this date 05 th semptember 2015 I have not received any feed back or assistance to resolve this issue And I still cant open any nre account cause I am list on ITC with a bad reference for a account that i Didnt open and in 5 years Cell c has not had cotacted me or sent corresponce for the account inarears <br> I am extremly Irate and feel Cell c Is violating me
