********** contract on my account, Issue still not resolved.

On the 1st of October I wrote "On the 20th of October someone **********ly took a phone on my account. This only came to my attention when a debit order came in on the 1st of December. From that point on I have spoken a number of call center agents and my issue is still not resolved. I have submitted an affidavits , copy of my id and bank statement showing the debit orders. Dispite being told that the ********** line was closed last night a debit order went off on my account which included a fee of the disconnected line. At this point I am not sure of what I should do because no-one has been able to tell me when the issue is going to be resolved or when the money is going to be paid back to me. Right now Cell C is punishing me for something that was not done by me. I was given the reference number ********** 512" A consultant from Cell c did give me a call and gave him all the documents that he requested, till this day i have not heard anything from anyone and it has been 7 days since i sent the documents I would also like to add that this is the 5th time time I have been asked to send the same documents and told that they have sent it to ***** department to investigate. Since the 1st of December I have been told the same thing, yet the amount of the **********ly opened account is still coming out of my account . When I call a consultant tells me that the matter is still being investigated, but no-one of the more than 10 I have have spoken too can tell me how long the investigation is going to take or when if ever i will receive my money back. I have tried everything to get this matter resolved, I even thought it will finally be if I came to Hello Peter, but it seems like no-one is able to help me. I am disappointed.
