********** contract attached to me

A year ago I found myself with a Cell C contract with monthly debit order on my bank account. When I took this up with them it was a huge struggle to have it cancelled. After a long struggle it was finally cancelled, but they left me with a judgement on credit bureau. My name is there and I'm unable to access any form of credit facility because of that. Cell C probably benefits from these ********** activities. Why were so negative in resolving this?
